The club's current lease has expired and negotiations are on-going for a renewal. However, our landlord, Fitzwilliam Estate, has put our site forward to Ryedale District Council as a potential site for redevelopment.
The Council is preparing a Local Development Framework or LDF to replace the 2002 Ryedale Local Plan.
Until the LDF process is complete we will face uncertainty about our future location.
There have already been consultations with the public about all the proposed sites, and we must say a big thank you to those of you who expressed support for our club and existing facilities.
